My last garlic from last year's crop. Pic taken 09/05/09. Wasn't prepared for the sadness I felt using up that last little bulb of my home grown garlic - weird! Not too long before this year's crop is ready though!
Fast forward to 20/07/08 and my new crop is ready! I confess to picking a couple of bulbs before then to tide me over as buying just did not feel right! I felt like I was cheating on my crops, lol! We bought just 2 bulbs between the last of last season and the first of the new season. I just so love eating my own!
